- POOLS: 9 am to 10 pm
- POOLS IN THE PARK: (summer only) 9 am to 8 pm
- SAUNA: MON - FRI 1 to 10 pm; SAT/SUN 9 am to 10 pm; Thursday is ladies' day. Bathing costumes are not worn in the sauna. Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the sauna. From 14 years old only with an adult.
- SPA & VITAL: 9 am to 7 pm; Appointments required
- FITNESS: MON/THU 6.30 am to 10 pm; TUE/FRI 9.00 am to 10 pm; SAT/SUN 9 am to 8 pm
- CRÈCHE: MON -SAT 9 am to 12 noon & 3 to 6.30 pm
- SHOP: TUE - SUN 9 am to 6.30 pm; Closed on Monday
- ORGANIC HAIRDRESSING SALON: MON-FRI 9 am to 7 pm; SAT 9 am to 5 pm
- BISTRO: 9 am to 11 pm; Warm meals 12 noon to 2.30 pm; Warm meals in summer 12 noon to 2.30 pm / 7 to 10.00 pm
